Theme Portals

TopForce empowers companies and enables their knowledge workers by delivering the high-performance workplace through the smart use of information technology. Specific groups of knowledge workers need a digital workplace that is tailored to their specific needs. Or a workplace where they can find all relevant information, processes and people around one specific subject. To this end, TopForce offers theme portals.


Crisis management portal
When a calamity or disaster occurs, the various emergency services often don’t have access to all the relevant information. They can take conflicting measures that lead to further escalation. TopForce is developing a crisis management portal that can be used by emergency services and government institutions to collaborate in nearly real-time and that provides access to all available information.

Medical specialist portal
The administrative burden on medical specialists has increased immensely, leaving them less and less time to do what they need and want to do: help their patients. TopForce has developed a theme portal that is tailored to their needs. Their digital workplace offers them easy access to all the information about their patients, from their medical file and x-rays to lab results. It provides access to those medical information sources that are relevant to their specialism. The portal has reduced the number of administrative tasks, allowing them to work better, in a more structured and efficient way.


HIquality Clearance Center
Financial institutions need to be able to show that they have done exhausting research into the identity and background of their new customers. This research requires mostly manual checks and cross-checks of dozens of databases. In cooperation with Human Inference, TopForce has developed the HIquality Clearance Center, which provides integrated access to all relevant databases. This significantly reduces the time associated with checking the identity of new customers, and it reduces the fault margin from 3% to 0,04%.
