Usability Specialist
Companies are making increasing use of portals. This allows them to supply stakeholders – including employees, customers and partners – with correct, relevant and personalised information in a generally web-based environment. Usability Consultants develop portal strategies and implementations based on the stakeholder perspective. They structure the information supply, implement the design, optimise the relevant business processes and show you how to make information accessible depending on which stakeholders you wish to serve. In short, our usability experts deliver an integrated solution focused on a structured design of the information supply, with the central starting point being the user in his/her environment: “User Centered Design”. In order to do so, they work with innovative methods and are familiar with technologies such as JAVA, Adobe Flex, Silverlight and Adobe Forms. In many cases they will also be familiar with the possibilities of SAP and MS User Interfaces, based on frontend technologies such as Java webdynpro, .NET, WebGUI and the SAP Enterprise Portal. TopForce trains its usability experts in partnership with Human Factors International.
