SAP BI Consultant
for the TopForce Intelligence Team
Profile
As a SAP Business Intelligence (BI) consultant, you work on challenging assignments for leading customers. You are part of a team of TopForce professionals who work together with our customers to realise BI solutions, making use of our vision of the High Performance Workplace. You contribute directly to the delivery of the right information to the right person at the right moment and in the right format. In short, you contribute to the design of a work environment that inspires and increases enjoyment of work.Your tasks are the implementation and realisation of SAP BI solutions, evaluating BI environments at customers, recommending and implementing improvements.
In your assignments, you will advise customers on requirements and utility, be in charge of their BI development and implement the BI solutions within their organisations. You will help to build the TopForce BI Practice, with a focus on innovation, knowledge-sharing and mentoring.

Job requirements
• Degree in higher professional/university education• Excellent communication skills, enterprising and customer/team/result-focused
• Able to work within a team
• Experience of and/or affinity with consultancy
• Presentation skills
• Facilitating workshops
• Change management skills
• Command of spoken and written Dutch and English
Specific experience
We are looking for consultants, senior consultants and managing consultants for our BI Practice and depending on your knowledge and experience, we will be able to place you in one of these positions.Your current work experience is with a consultancy company or within a customer’s organisation.
You have experience of SAP BW implementation projects. You have a grasp of Business Intelligence principles and wish to further extend and apply them.
You have knowledge and experience of HR, sales or financialYou have experience with BusinessObjects and/or other BI platforms.hebt ervaring met BusinessObjects en/of andere BI platformen.
