Process Consultant
Our Process Consultant has knowledge of Lean Six Sigma to at least Green Belt level. The focus is on optimising the process by understanding the experience of the staff member.
Processes are optimised or designed by combining organisational objectives with the wishes and needs of staff members while keeping in mind process automation.
TopForce Process Consultants have invariably attained a higher vocational degree or university degree, have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in the field of Business Process Management (BPM) and have knowledge of the BPMN modelling notation. They are analytical, methodical and creative. Customer focus and flexibility are key. Thanks to strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial nature and a focus on solutions, our consultants are able to deliver added value fast.
