Architect A successful HPW can only be achieved by minimising the complexity of IT solutions for end users. Our broad knowledge of complex system landscapes is indispensible in achieving this.

Proces Consultant Our Process Consultant has knowledge of Lean Six Sigma to at least Green Belt level. The focus is on optimising the process by understanding that the experience of the employee
processes combine organisational objectives with the needs and requirements of employees while keeping in mind process automation.
All our Process Consultants have attained a higher vocational degree or university degree, have at least 3 years of proven experience in the field of Business Process Management (BPM) and have knowledge of the BPMN modelling notation. They are analytical, methodical and creative. Customer focus and flexibility are key. Thanks to strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial nature and a focus on solutions, our consultants are able to deliver added value fast.

Enterprise Architect Our Enterprise Architects are sparring partners for both IT and the business. They are the guardians of the architecture and process standards, focusing on the company vision. Besides having attained a higher vocational degree or university degree, the Enterprise Architect has at least 6 years’ proven experience in the field of Enterprise Architecture (EA). He/she is familiar with OO and UML and understands the possibilities (and limitations) of the Java EE platform. Our consultants are also communication experts, are enterprising and solution-focused. They display a high degree of independence and are able to quickly add value in new environments.

Process integration consultant Our process integration consultants specialise in the technical design of processes. This can take on a number of forms, from the simple linking of systems in order to exchange data, to advanced BPM solutions involving a complete separation of application systems and multi-channel user interfaces. The value of the solutions always lies in the efficient process support delivered. This can also be visualised with the help of a business activity monitoring dashboard: this allows you to see which processes are running, and what their status is, at all times. At the same time, it sheds light on average process performance, with the data displayed relating to your business objectives.
We can deliver process integration solutions with a range of technologies and products; we always choose those which are most appropriate for the customer’s situation. Whether the solution is based entirely on the SOA concept or is more pragmatic, durability requirements, added value and implementation costs are always carefully considered. Examples of products we have experience of are: SAP BPM, SAP PI/XI, IBM WebShere, Tibco and BEA WebLogic. Many of our consultants are familiar with multiple technologies and environments: this enables them to quickly devise solution approaches and coordinate them with other developers on a project. Integration solution architect The integration solution architect is often one of the first consultants to meet our customers: he/she has the capacity to perfectly assess business requirements and priorities and translate them into a combination of systems that support the objectives identified – both for the business and in terms of the technology. The 5-layer architecture model serves as a good means of communication to integrate business and IT. The point is not that there are 5 layers; it is that they produce a coherent story that everyone can relate to and which creates a basis for the approach and possible solution.
Our integration solution architects know many different integration concepts and have years of experience in complex environments. As a result, they are able to quickly select between possible integration solutions. Content Integration, Indexing and Search, Identity Management, Master Data Management, Enterprise Service Bus and Data Warehousing can be integrated into a total solution that delivers a real High-Performance Workplace. In addition, they will advise you which products from which supplier or open source community can best achieve the intended result. They will also help you to define generic components that can be used across different process areas or interaction channels, in order to achieve the clearest and most manageable whole. In order to optimise the transferability and manageability of a solution, they can also take your delivery team to a higher level when it comes to development methodology, test management and documentation standards. This is a good example of High-Performance work.
