A technical perspective

TopForce has been contracted by a leading multinational to build a platform for all business communications. Here, employees find exactly the internal and external information they need. No superfluous content but content that is specific and comprehensive. The existing intranet, Microsoft SharePoint and SAP EP6 were seamlessly integrated with the help of a Context Integrator. The Context Integrator is able to automatically adapt the portal using information about the user (such as activity, job, department and work location). This has resulted in an optimal user experience: a single system that the company uses worldwide. It’s a perfect example of user-centric integration.

“Develop an internet solution to enable (new) temps and agency staff to work more quickly, easily and pleasurably.” TopForce created a strategic web portal for a leading temp agency. Temps keep their own details up to date in the portal; they can upload their CVs and view requests. Agency staff are able to quickly link vacancies to candidates and manage their employment details.
