SAP BI Business Consultant
For the BI team of TopForce
Profile
Being a SAP Business Intelligence (BI) consultant you will work on
challenging assignments for leading clients (like Shell, Philips,
Heineken, Essent, Rijksweb). You will work in a team of TopForce
professionals to realize BI solutions together with our clients using
our vision on the ‘High Performance Workplace’ and
on BI. Key words are business knowledge, BI focus applied to SAP BI
solutions, and user-centric design. Our user-centric approach ensures
that we deliver the right information at the right time to the right
people based on the values of usability. Our solutions will be designed
according to our Enterprise SOA framework. Business knowledge and BI
knowledge are combined with the latest SAP BI and Netweaver knowledge
to ensure that we deliver the highest value to our clients.

Qualifications
Your approach is enthusiastic, customer orientated, you enjoy working
in a team and help build TopForce and the BI practice. Your educational
background is on HBO/WO level. You are also flexible and able to work
independently.
Experience and/or affinity with consultancy skills, communication
skills, presentation skills, facilitating workshops, change management
skills.
User centric design and implementation of SAP BI solutions, assess
client BI environment, advise and implement improvements.
In your assignments you will advise clients from a user centric
perspective on requirements and usability, user centric design, advise
and lead BI development, you will be responsible for the implementation
of BI solutions in their organization. You will help build the BI
practice of TopForce. Focus lies on innovation, knowledge sharing,
coaching.
Specific Experience
We are looking for consultants, senior consultants, managing
consultants and senior managers for our BI practice and depending on
your knowledge and experience we can offer you one of the above
positions.
Your current working experience is at a consulting firm or client
organization
You have worked and know SAP BW implementation projects. You can manage
Business Intelligence principles which you would like to further
develop and apply.
You have knowledge of and experience with logistics and/or finance
processes.
You have knowledge of SAP ERP and/or CRM, SRM, SCM, SEM.
Industry knowledge, e.g. utilities, oil & gas, banking
& insurance, consumer products & retail.
You have excellent communication skills and have an impeccable demand
of both the Dutch and the English language, spoken and in writing;
