SAP Analytics Consultant

Profile
Analytics will enable our clients to bring information back to the
knowledge worker to help him in his day-to-day operational processes
and place the decisions he needs to make in the proper context with the
right information. Being a SAP Analytics consultant means you will work
with leading clients on challenging assignments to help them leverage
on the investments done in ERP, CRM, SCM, and BI.
Our user-centric approach ensures that we deliver the right information
at the right time to the right people based on the value of usability.
Our solutions will be designed according to our Enterprise SOA
framework. Business knowledge and BI knowledge are combined with the
latest SAP BI and Netweaver knowledge to ensure that we deliver the
highest value to our clients.
You will work on the cutting edge of business and IT in a team of
TopForce professionals to realize Analytics solutions together with our
clients using our vision on the High Performance Workplace and BI. Key
words are SAP Analytics, BI (and SAP BW), process knowledge (and ERP,
CRM, SCM), and user-centric design.
We are looking for SAP professionals with knowledge from and experience
with processes including one or more SAP solutions like ERP, CRM, SCM)
and combine this with knowledge or affinity with Business Intelligence,
including SAP BW. Keen on being innovator and up to date with latest
trends and technologies. You will have experience and affinity with
working in complex environments with multiple SAP and non SAP
technologies, like SAP BW, EP, MDM, XI, Visual Composer.

Qualifications
Your approach is enthusiastic, customer orientated and you enjoy
working in a team and help build TopForce and the BI practice. Your
educational background is on HBO/WO level. You are also flexible and
able to work independently.
Experience and/or affinity with consultancy skills, communication
skills, presentation skills, facilitating workshops, change management
skills.
Advise on SAP Analytics. Process decompositions and Information
Analysis. User centric design of Analytics solutions and implementation
of the solutions. Develop Proof of Concepts for our clients.
In your assignments you will advise clients on SAP Analytics, the
functional and technical design, implement the design in the
organisation.
Specific Qualifications
We are looking for consultants, senior consultants, managing
consultants, senior manager for our BI practice, depending on your
knowledge and experience.
Your current working experience is at a consulting firm or client
organisation.
You have experience with SAP implementation projects.
You also have experience/affinity with SAP Analytics, SAP BW,
Netweaver, Visual Composer.
You know Business Intelligence principles and are keen on further
working and applying these.
You have good communication skills and your demand of the Dutch and the
English language, both spoken and in writing, is impeccable.

Practice BI
The Business Unit BI is one of the four Business Units within TopForce.
Our mission is to become the best BI firm for our SAP clients in the
market enabling them to create the ‘High Performance
Workplace’. You will work on fully integrated assignments
which in most cases contain almost the complete Netweaver stack.
Clients we serve include amongst others Shell, Philips, Government,
Heineken, Essent, Rolls Royce. In addition we help Independent Software
Vendors (ISV’s) in becoming ‘Powered by
Netweaver’.
