Profile

As a Business Process Management Consultant you advise our clients on improving their business processes. With the adoption of process improvement methodologies on the one hand and the technical possibilities that service oriented architectures have to offer on the other hand, the role of the Business Process Management Consultant becomes crucial in our projects. The cutting edge of business and IT is your field of operation: business process management and process modeling are the assignments you will be working on. Together with our Process Integration consultants you will deliver competitive advantage for our clients by creating innovative solutions that will get the most out of the process methodologies and the possibilities of service oriented architectures.

We expect you to actively contribute to the development of business process management and the creation of innovative solutions using mainly SAP technology. Furthermore you will be active in knowledge development and sharing this knowledge with the other TopForce consultants.

Qualifications

Your approach is enthusiastic and customer orientated, you enjoy working in a team and help build the Solutions Team. Your approach is also strong and professional and your educational background is minimally on HBO level. You are furthermore flexible and able to work independently. You have excellent knowledge of Business Process Management methodologies and have a clear vision on its implementation. You have proven experience with process modeling in one of the following branches; Utilities, Banking & Insurance or Healthcare. You have strong affinity with IT and have basic knowledge about SAP solutions. You have experience with process modeling tools such as ARIS. You have strong communication skills in the Dutch and the English language, both spoken as in writing.

Information Solutions Practice

The mission of Solutions Practice is to realize the vision of TopForce; “Creating the High Performance Workplace”, by combining business consultancy with the technical competences of the other practices (People, Integration and Business Intelligence). The Solutions Practice takes the lead at TopForce customers by helping customers define their own High Performance Workplace, by defining their business needs, by building business cases and by delivering projects with multiple TopForce competences.
