Profile
As a business consultant you take the lead in defining the High
Performance Workplace for our clients by leading them through a process
of Adoption, Integration and Normalization of Enterprise 2.0 Social
Software toolkits and portal technology. You will help clients with the
re-development of corporate organizational charts and processes to
address the new, flattened, world. The cutting edge of business and IT
is your field of operation. Together with our Business Process
Management and Technology consultants you will deliver competitive
advantage for our clients by creating innovative solutions that will
lead to the way to their High Performance Workplace.
We expect you to actively contribute to the development and sharing of
knowledge of how Web 2.0 / Enterprise 2.0 technologies can be
translated to real competitive advantages for organizations.
Qualifications
Your approach is very visionary, enthusiastic and customer orientated,
you enjoy keeping track of innovations and you are successful in
translating them into business opportunities. Furthermore you are able
to create a team of professionals around you and to help build the
Solutions Team. Your approach is also strong, commercial and
professional and your educational background is minimally on HBO level.
You have excellent knowledge of and proven experience with the latest
workplace technologies (Knowledge Management and Collaboration, Web
2.0, Portals) and have a clear vision on its implementation. You have
very strong communication and change management skills and are able to
translate the TopForce High Performance Workplace Vision into customer
projects and to develop more opportunities at customers. You have
strong communication skills in the Dutch and the English language, both
spoken as in writing.

Solutions Practice
The mission of Solutions Practice is to realize the vision of TopForce;
“Creating the High Performance Workplace”, by
combining
business consultancy with the technical competences of the other
practices (People, Integration and Business Intelligence). The
Solutions Practice takes the lead at TopForce customers by helping
customers define their own High Performance Workplace, by defining
their business needs, by building business cases and by delivering
projects with multiple TopForce competences. Furthermore the solutions
practice takes the lead in productizing frequently used solutions at
customers.
